Beaufortia sparsa


Like exploding fireworks in an ochre-red sky, the stamens of the commonly called Swamp Bottlebrush catch the eye as they dart in every direction. Not a true bottlebrush, however, this is one of 19 species of Myrtaceae found naturally only in southern Western Australia.
