Tamar Wallaby

We spent the first week of our family holidays in Australia on Kangaroo Island in July 2008. This place looks like a huge nature park with so many animals! Of course, we saw kangaroos, sea lions, fur seals and koalas, and at night my father had to be very careful while driving because of kangaroos, possums, echidnas and wallabies crossing the road! In the car we tried to count every animal we saw along or on the road – we
reached an average of two animals per mile! But I was also lucky to find a Tamar Wallaby during the day: it’s easier to photograph with natural light.
