Minke Whale breach

At the break of dawn while sailing down the Lemaire Channel off the Antarctic Peninsula, I came across a small pod of Minke Whales momentarily breaching the surface of the dark, clear water.I managed to capture one at the precise moment it broke the surface tension. A breathtaking experience!
