Fangblenny in a bottle

OUR IMPACT

The sea floor underneath Samurai Jetty is strewn with all manner of garbage – bottles, tyres, car parts, even shopping trolleys. Remarkably, the marine life has adapted to this human influence and uses it to its advantage. Here a tiny fangblenny shelters in a discarded beer bottle, from the safety of which it poses for this intimate portrait.
