Defending falcon

I was having a day’s fly-fishing with a friend in the upper Oreti River when we were ‘dive bombed’ by an aggressive falcon. It was obvious that there was a nest near by, so we moved away. But the falcon followed us, becoming less aggressive and continuing to circle around and keep an eye on us for some time.
